At the Geolivia Estate Twin Villas, there is accommodation for 7 persons per villa, or up to 15 persons, if both villas are booked together.
Yes, you can. However, you need to check out availability.
Check-in time at the Geolivia Estate Twin Villas is at 3:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible, but subject to availability. There is a fixed rate for late-check out. Please contact us for inquiries.

Our rates include a daily housekeeping service, which comprises of cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. The bed linens and towels are changed once every 3 days.
Absolutely. Smoking is not allowed inside the Twin Villas interiors. Guests who wish to smoke may do so, on the terrace/balcony/garden/pool with the obligation to never leave cigarette buds on the ground or any exterior space.
Our tennis court size, orientation, and slope of the court are precisely calibrated to meet ATP specifications. Moreover, we have a state-of-the-art floodlighting system, so, yes, you can play at night.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for our VIP guests.

Lunch is a standard service. Dinner is an on-demand services. The Geolivia Estate collaborates with the famous Cretan 7 Thalasses restaurant whose chefs will come in person to the Twin Villas to cook and serve you your VIP meal. Alternatively, your food can be cooked at the 7 Thalasses and delivered to the Twin Villas.
The pool is cleaned professionally, every 2 days.
Concierge from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm is a standard service. From 16:00 onwards (24/7 hostess) is an on-demand service.
The interiors of our villas have stairs, but no elevator. If you happen to have a disability or cannot handle stairs, it is not advisable to book your holidays with us.
Crete is a remarkably safe island. Moreover, for your safety, we have installed security cameras on property, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, while there are also fire extinguishers. Regarding your valuables, the residence is equipped with a safety box.
Pets are not allowed at the Geolivia Estate Twin Villas. Exceptions will be made only for special cases upon request.
